EXPLORE THE PROGRAM

Personal responsibility that shows up in everyday work

You want people you can count on: people who take initiative, follow through, speak up thoughtfully, and take responsibility for how they affect others.

Decide Your Life supports the personal development behind those actions. Each participant creates a personal strategy for how they want to show up, make decisions, and respond when things get challenging, then receives support to put it into practice.

A half-day workshop and six months of continued support for executives, managers, and team members.

When this could be useful for your organization

You may be investing in leadership development, bringing a team together, or looking for stronger ownership in everyday work. You want the learning to carry into the decisions and interactions that happen after the session.

Consider a commitment that needs to be followed through on, a difficult conversation that needs care, or a situation where someone needs to take initiative. The program gives people a personal reference point they can return to in those moments.

The intended result is people who recognize their part in a situation and take constructive action. For your business, that can mean more dependable follow-through, more thoughtful working relationships, and greater confidence in how people handle responsibility.

Relevant at every level

For executives and managers

An opportunity to examine the example they set, how they respond under pressure, and how their actions affect the people they lead.

For team members

A practical basis for taking ownership, contributing ideas, following through, and approaching challenges with greater confidence and care.

A facilitated half-day workshop

Participants identify what brings out their best, translate that understanding into practical actions, and create a written personal strategy they can use at work and beyond.

01

Personal Operating Principles

Identify the personal principles that reflect who they are at their best—and how they want to approach their work and relationships.

02

Turning Intentions into Practice

Translate those principles into clear action statements that guide everyday decisions, conversations, and follow-through.

03

Personal Strategy Framework

Bring those statements together into a written personal strategy they can return to when making decisions, navigating challenges, and taking responsibility for their actions.

Six months of continued practice and support

Personalized materials, simple daily check-ins, and direct access to Georgee support participants in putting their strategy into practice and building the habit of using it every day.

01

Custom journals

Each participant receives a journal personalized with their own written strategy, giving them a place to review it and reflect on how they put it into practice.

02

Personal strategy cards

Custom cards keep each participant’s personal strategy visible and easy to return to—at their workspace, at home, and throughout the day.

03

Check-ins & Support

A quick check-in builds the habit. It also gives participants a direct way to ask Georgee questions and receive personal follow-up throughout the six months.
